1 place for the Transport Processes team in the greenhouse.ruhr scholarship program

From over 40 social and ecological business ideas, Dr.-Ing. Michael-David Fischer's innovative invention for heat recovery during showering won 1st place.

Over the past six months, Dr.-Ing. Michael-David Fischer, Simon Baier, Laura Jakobsen-Urwald, Luis Ohm and Andre Grütering had the opportunity to further develop their business idea with various experts as part of the greenhouse.ruhr scholarship programme. 

In a final pitch contest, the eight best teams were able to present their business ideas to a 17-member expert jury. The jury consisted of representatives from Economic Development Agency Dortmund, Hamm Economic Agency, Dortmund Technology Centre, professors from TU Dortmund University and Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and experts in business start-ups. The Transport Processes team particularly impressed the jury with the significant social impact of their business idea, their outstanding skills profile and the unique selling points of their product.
