Successful Career Days at TU Dortmund University with strong BCI participation

The BCI was involved with four workshops on offer, in which alumni reported on professional profiles and career paths, the topic of application documents was dealt with (also practically), there was information, especially for foreign students, on how to get a job in Germany and women in engineering were discussed in the discussion round FrauendING.
At the events, participants were also able to find out about coaching services during the application process and get to know contact persons at the university who can help with questions about career orientation or starting a career. The lively exchange of experiences was particularly enriching for the more than 90 participating students and doctoral candidates.
Our heartfelt thanks go to our former students Ritika Kohli, Shrutkirti Patil, Maren Termühlen, Angela Fromme, Reinaldo Hernández, Dilpreet Singh, Christopher Matthias, Eike Bredehorn, André Boldt and Matthias Rottmann as well as to Anke Kujawski (Equal Opportunities, Family and Diversity Office at TU Dortmund University) for her support of the FrauendING event and to Marion Börnhorst (Equal Opportunities Officer of the BCI department) for moderating this event.
